Last updated: October 19, 2026
Visit Form Filler is an independent Chrome extension. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Florida Department of Corrections or the State of Florida.
What the extension stores
Only the information you type into the extension's settings page: a name for each saved entry, the institution, the inmate's name and DC number, your visiting days, your name, your relationship to the inmate, the number of children with you, your email address, and your phone number. This information is stored in Chrome's local extension storage on your own device.
What the extension does with it
When you click the extension and choose a saved person, it types that person's details into the visitation form on the page you have open. Nothing is sent to the developer or to anyone else.
What the extension does not do
It has no accounts, no servers, no analytics, and no advertising. It does not sell or share your information. It does not load or run code from the internet. It does not submit the form for you.
Permissions

activeTab: lets the extension act on the form tab only after you click it.
scripting: runs the code that fills in the form fields.
